Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns nor exchanges on custom items. As for refunds, if, after thorough communication with you through our design process, you are still not satsfied with your order, we will offer a credit for you to use at a later date.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us, IMMEDIATELY, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item was fine when you received it but something fell off, broke, etc., you have 48 hours to alert us. Our only desire is to please our customers.
