Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much are your items?

Design prices vary according to item area coverage (partial or full coverage), size and the amount of extra products you request (i.e. designer fabric and bling pieces, extra jibblets, jewels, etc.) An estimate of item prices are listed on each Gallery page. However, the most accurate pricing is giving when an order is received and an invoice is sent which will include taxes and shipping costs, if applicable.

 

  • How does the ordering process go?

You will thoroughly fill out and submit an order form here. Once the form is submitted, we will review your request and send an invoice to your preferred method of contact (email or text). After your payment is received and all questions and/or concerns have been satisfied, we will begin your design. Your design has a 2-3 week turnaround time and shipping is 3-5 business days. See our Shipping Policies for further detail.

 

  • What methods of delivery do you offer?

All items are shipped. No pick-ups, drop-offs or meet-up options are available at this time. 

 

  • What methods of payment do you offer?

We are currently accepting all major credit and debit cards, Klarna and AfterPay. 

 

  • Do you provide the item to be customized? 

Yes, typically we will provide the item you have requested to be customized, The cost for that item is already calculated in the prices listed in our gallery pages. However, if you already have a specific item you want customized, you can ship the item to the following P.O. Box at your own expense:

  • How long do I have to cancel my order after the invoice has been paid?

You have 24 hours to contact us via email to let us know you have decided to cancel your order to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, you will have the option to receive a credit for the amount you have paid as we have already used part of your funds to begin ordering the inventory needed for your specific design.

  • I received my order and it was damaged. What now?

No worries! We will take care of it. Send us an email within 48 hours of your delivery date to let us know the condition in which you received your item.
